Therefore, we decided to inform these 300 politicians and call for remedy!
300 top politicians might absurd and distorted system corrected. They can enforce axle! We require regaining control over cash flows and profits from the public water sector. Water is not granted. The water we need for life and the life of our children! Therefore, water should not be a deal foreign companies.
Water management has to be set for 10 mil. inhabitants of the Czech Republic and not for foreign corporations.This is being decided by 300 top politicians who can rectify the current and false(hooked) system.That´s why we inform them and ask them for the rectification for the good of citizens and the country. They can push forward the remedy! We ask for the recovery of the control of cash flows and gains from water through the public sector.
That´s why arised and the aim is:
- To start the discussion in the whole society about water, her protection and efficient finance.
- To inform the politicians and citizens about the doubtful watermanagement abroad and in the Czech Republic.
- To put the water management back to the hands of the autonomy districts/country,their waterworks regions/country, resp. their waterworks.
- To finish colonial models and „ contracts privatizing“ gains of water and zestátnující(….) costs
- To set in the public interest to the water management and eliminate the targets of concerns – to get as much money from water as possible abroad.
- To use the common sense. The subject that finances waterwork infrastructure has the priority right to encash the gain from water. It is absurd that it is encashed primarily from the traffikers that just resell the water and don´t make any investment into building wells.
Water belongs zo the hands of the country/towns/cities and not to the hands of foreigners, it it´s different then:
- Czech Republic:In the price of water and from taxes we pay everything 2-3x.We lost about approx. 30 billion Czech Crowns from subsidies.
- Hradec Králové: The finance has been divided Finance 1:2 for benefits of the concers, that means city waterworks 1 CZK and French Veolia 2 CZK !
- Northern Moravia:The policitians have almost lost their influence on Seveomoravske vodarny a kanalizace( Waterworks and sewerage of Northern Moravia) and then concerns took from it 5 billion Czech Crowns.
- Kladno, Mělník: It was promised to have a gain of 270 nil.CZK if the business is sold to French Veolia.The reality is that the sale meant the loss of 110 mil. CZK.
- Praha: Prague inhabitants have lost about 7 billion Czech Crowns that they have already paid, but instead of an investment in a new purifier of water the money went abroad.
- Zlín, Olomouc, Prostějov: Vassal contracts for 30 years.Zlín has had the most expensive water in his region for years. Also here the billion Czech Crowns from people go abroad.
Water gains or how the corporations are getting rich thanks to water.
A French document shows the concrete example , to show and evidence: Why is water so expensive? How the concerns make business of it. What happens if corporations get to the monopol of water? How they corrupt the politicians? What to do for a remedy?
It discovers enormous huge corruption, manipulative practics, gangster practics included, that appears here in the Czech Republic. After that I sent at the end of 2002 an Analyze of the proces of municipal waterworks to the ministeries, concern-fans burned my car in front of my house.

As a part of initiative Water 300 the citizens collected money for the document "How the corporations get richer on water" and together asked the politicians for a remedy in the interest of the state and citizens.
165 citizens collected the amount of:
150. 450 CZK
And bought together a DVD document for 300 top politicians in the parliament, senate and government that decide in the Czech Republic about for who is set the system of water .They provided the politicians with the information that the request of the citizens for the remedy is fully legitimate. If the politicians work in the interest of the country, then the content of iniciative Water 300 / can´t be ignored.
A handover of Initiative WATER 300
The material about water and the DVD document were personally transmitted on the 19.9.2016 on the REGISTRY and the house of commons. The documents were sent to the prosecutor and to the ombudsman. The Initiative was sent to the European Comission, to ambasaadors of some countries, to Anti-Corruption Foundation and to the Security Information Service.
Due regards to the dealing of the politicians of ODS during the past 20 years only Mr. Fiala, Mrs. Němcová in the parliament and in the Senat Mr.Kubera and Mr. Svoboda got the document of INITIATIVE WATER 300. It is up to them, if the othe members of ODS will read and acquaint INICIATIVE WATER 300. Because of the same reason didn´t get Initiative also 3 members of the Senat for ČSSD –Miloš Malý, Martin Tesařík and Jaroslav Palas. Also in their case it would be a waisting of money of the peple that put money together for it. Regarding the political parties in some cases 2 politicians got one DVD.
Press conference 20.9.2016
The media representatives were introduced the initiative VODA 300 and the information that through this project 300 politicians received on a press conference in Business center PVA EXPO PRAHA, Prague. Minister of environment Mr. Richard Brabec was present at the press conference and he proclaimed he would support initiative WATER 300 and said:
"Fulfilling of the aims of Initiative VODA 300 I consider for basic and important solutions of all the important questions about water in the Czech Republic“.
What did we give to the politicians?
- An original of a French document „Water makes money or how the corporations are getting rich on water“.With the DVD licence for transmittions in the institution value 850,-CZK/peace
- 2002 - The warning of the Minister of Agriculture for illegal buying of waterworks through the concerns.
- 2005 - The warning of the region of Zlin to the Goverment of the Czech Republic.
- 2014 – Warning to the Prime Minister and to the representatives of political parties.
- 2015 – Information and request for help to the Prime Minister from 14 politicians that defended water.
- 2016 - Iniciative VODA 300
- List of citizens, that collected money for buying a DVD. A part o fit are also the messages from those citizens with request for a remedy.

What do we expect from politicians?
- That they read the materials, verify independently their content and the real state pof waterworks.
- That into the programme of his political parties there will be implemented the statement about the water management and where there will be defined, how the system shall be set, how to reach his aim and until when.
- Through this the „concern servants“ in their own places will be eliminated a the people will know who to vote for. On the other side the voters will know that they support the nowadays system that is set for the gain of the concerns.
- That they help to remedy the system the way that it is possible to use the subsidy resources of the European Union for the renewal of waterwork infrastructure.
- That they do the necessary steps that the water ma nagement is given back to the hands of the cities and municipalities, possibly regions.

We demand that the Parliament of the Czech Republic carry out the return of the water administration in the form of a public service
